Recommended
usage:
Chew 2 tablets half an hour before drinking and chew 2 tablets
after, for best result.
Drink some water to help the enzymes to work optimally and
re-hydrate yourself.
Still work well if take after drinking, instead of before.
Limit yourself up to 10 tablets per day.
